The LBP 2020 Christmas Experience
2020 has certainly thrown us all for a loop, and that is an understatement! My kids have missed out on so much, with more disappointments to come I'm sure. I don't know if we will be seeing family for the holidays, I don't know if we will go to Longwood for the lights, and I know we definitely won't be seeing Santa at the mall.
So, I needed to ask myself, what CAN we do safely? And what CAN I do to help others celebrate safely? This is how the LBP Christmas Experience idea started.
Every client who books a Christmas Experience session will be guaranteed 30 uninterrupted minutes of family time. Experiences for the whole family will include hot chocolate with marshmallows, listening/dancing to Christmas music, enjoying milk and cookies, reading stories together, and younger children (5 and under) can enjoy a ride on the old fashioned rocking horse. In addition, a small gift (stuffed animal, book, truck/car, LEGOs, doll, puzzle, etc) will be given to EACH child to unwrap. Parents are also welcome to bring their own if they'd like. All of these memories will be captured in beautiful photographs for you to treasure forever! Start an annual tradition (I'll be changing some experiences over the years) to watch your children grow!
How will this be done safely? Only 1 family at a time will be in the studio, and it will be limited to only immediate family/household members. There will also be a FULL 60 minutes between each family and only a maximum of 5 families per day. This will allow me to heavily sanitize every prop and object between use. There will also be an air purifier with HEPA filter to eliminate any airborne viruses/bacteria. All clients will need to use hand sanitizer upon entry. They will also be asked to monitor themselves for symptoms and take their temperature at home before leaving for the studio. Clients not be allowed if they have had any exposure to anyone with the flu or Covid-19 and will be asked to leave if I detect any symptoms. I will be wearing a double layer mask at all times and everyone over age 2 will also be required to wear a mask when not being photographed. If clients feel more comfortable, they may bring their own mugs, books, etc.

When? Saturday, November 7th and Sunday, November 8th at:
9:00am, 10:45am, 12:30pm, 2:15pm, and 4:00pm on both days
Please do NOT schedule during your child's nap time.
Where? The Little Bloom Photography's studio located at 416 West Locust Lane in Kennett Square, PA.
Cost? $275+tax for a 30 minute complete experience, gift for each child, and one 8x10 print with matching digital file. This cost is non-refundable, unless I can book your spot with another client, as it holds your spot on my very limited calendar.
Additional a la carte purchases begin at $90 and packages begin at $430.
Discounts? Bring a canned good or other non-perishable for the food bank and receive $10 off all product purchases for EACH (up to $50 off).
Illness? Clients are asked to monitor themselves for symptoms (cough, runny nose, fever, loss of taste/smell, etc) and take their temperature at home before leaving for the studio. You may not come in for your session if anyone in your family has had any exposure to anyone with the flu or Covid-19 and will be asked to leave if I detect any symptoms, even as small as a runny nose and cough as I cannot take risks in these current circumstances. Teething babies are an exception. If anyone in your family is sick or has had any exposure, contact me immediately and I will try to fill your spot, you can try too. If you or I cannot find someone to fill your spot, no refunds will be given. I know the rules sound strict, but dealing with so many newborns and babies, I need to take all precautions in these strange times.
Holiday Cards? Holiday cards are available for purchase. Several designs will be showcased at the studio as well as a selection from an online link. Cards (and envelopes with your return address) are ordered in sets of 5, beginning at 25. They are $3/ea from 25-50. $2.75/ea from 55-100. $2.50/ea from 105-150 and $2/ea from 155-200.
