Sunflower Limited Editions

Please read ALL the details below and fill out a form, which is at THE VERY BOTTOM of this page.
1) DATES/TIMES: Sessions will take place from 5:30pm-7:00pm on Friday September 13th, Saturday the 14th, and Monday the 16th, at The Brandywine Red Clay Alliance, located at 1760 Unionville-Wawaset Road (route 842) in West Chester, PA 19382. This is approximately 10 minutes from my home studio in Kennett Square. I have exclusive access to shoot at the BRC, so it will be nice and private.
2) RAIN: I will be watching the weather forecast closely and make the decision for a rain cancellation by 4:30pm. I will send a text message and email out to everyone letting them know. If the rain looks like it is going to hold off, but then begins in the middle of the sessions, I will let everyone know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. If sessions are cancelled due to rain, make-up days will be Wednesday, September 18th and Friday, September 20th.
3) HOW TO GET TO THE FIELD: Please plan to arrive AT LEAST 15 minutes early so you can park at the address listed above and walk to the field. ***The walk from the parking lot to the actual sunflowers is approximately 8 minutes at a normal pace, longer if walking with young children. You may want to wear sneakers to walk and change into other shoes when you arrive.*** First, you will walk around the gate. Then, you will walk up a hill past a bunch of cut down corn. When you get to the top of the hill, if you look to your right, you will see the sunflower field. Next, walk down the hill and keep walking straight until you get to me. If you are late, your session will be cut short out of courtesy for others. Your money is non-refundable if you fail to show, or fail to get there on time as I have turned others away to reserve your time spot.
4) HOW MANY PEOPLE: Each time slot is for 1 family, up to 5 people. Each additional person is $40+tax. If you need more time for a larger group, you will need to book 2 time slots.
5) WHEN WILL YOU GET YOUR IMAGES: Within 2 weeks from your session date, your soft-proof images will be available for you in an online gallery. There you will be able to choose your 5 images and upgrade if you so choose. I will finish editing your images and they will be sent to you via Dropbox or WeTransfer within 1 week after you make your selections.
6) WHAT TO WEAR: There will be a lot of yellow and green at the sunflower field, so I suggest white, cream, tan, pale yellow, and blues. See some examples of what to wear in the above images.
7) PRICING - Cost is $250 +tax for 15 minutes and 5 digital images. If you would like to order prints or other products, a copy of LBP's current price list will be given to you after your session and single additional files are $50/ea. ***IF you have small children (two or more ages 4 and under), I highly recommend you book 2 time slots, although you will not have to pay double the price as long as it's 5 or less total people. The cost will be $300 for 30 minutes and 5 digital images.***
8) HOW/WHEN DO YOU PAY: Because sessions are booked on a first-come-first-serve basis, as soon as I confirm your time, I will send you over a PayPal invoice. Payment is due within 24 hours or your spot will be reopened, no exceptions.
