2025 Cherry Blossom Sessions
Thank you so much for your interest in a Cherry Blossom session!
Please read ALL the details below and fill out a form, which is at THE VERY BOTTOM of this page.
1) WHERE/WHEN: Sessions will take place outside my studio (and private residence) in Chadds Ford, PA so you can be sure it will be peaceful, and no need to worry about the crowds like at Everhart Park in WC.
They will be held from 6:00pm-7:00pm on:
Monday, April 21st (rain date Tuesday, April 22nd)
Thursday, April 24th (rain date Friday, April 25th)
*NOTE: If for some reason the tree blooms earlier or later than expected, I will reach out ASAP to give you the option of rescheduling, but the tree was in bloom by 4/15 both of the last 2 years and typically looks its best for about 2 weeks.*
*Sessions can also be held on Easter (April 20th) in the evening if you are interested. Just send me a message requesting this date.*
2) RAIN: I will be watching the weather forecast closely and make the decision for a rain cancellation by 5:00pm. I will send a text message and email out to everyone letting them know. If the rain looks like it is going to hold off, but then begins in the middle of the sessions, I will let everyone know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
3) HOW LONG: Sessions are 10-15 minutes long and scheduled back to back. Please plan to arrive 5 minutes early because if you are late, your session will be cut short out of courtesy for others. Your money is non-refundable if you fail to show, or fail to get there on time.
4) WHO: Each time slot is for 1 family, up to 5 people. Each additional person is $50+tax.

Mother's Day portraits
Maternity portraits
Senior portraits
Holy Communion portraits
Birthday portraits
Siblings (Older than age 4)
If for any reason you do not feel that we will be able to capture your family in that time frame, you are welcome to sign up for back-to-back time slots, but will need to pay the fees for both and will receive double the amount of digital images.
5) ONLINE PROOF GALLERY: Your images will available for you to see via an online proof gallery, which will be sent to you within 14 business days. All of the images will be unedited, the exception of 1 so you will be able to get an idea of the style (see images above as examples of what you can expect as a typical edit).
6) COST: The cost is $299+tax. This reserves your spot, includes a 10-15 minute session, 5 digital images of your choice, and an online proof gallery. Additional digital images can be purchased for $50/ea. Because sessions are booked on a first-come-first-serve basis, as soon as I confirm your time, I will send you over an invoice. Payment is due within 24 hours or your spot will be reopened, no exceptions.
